WA: 90-Day Med Mal Notice Requirement is Unconstitutional

The Supreme Court of Washington ruled yesterday that a 90-day notice requirement in medical malpractice cases violates the separation of powers.  The court struck down the certificate of merit requirement last September.  Seattlepi.com has the story.
