Rudy Giuliani on Tort Reform

Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of New York City, was the keynote speaker at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce‘s annual Legal Reform Summit held yesterday in Washington, D.C..  Using his experience as mayor, Giuliani discussed his views on why tort reform was necessary.
