Behrens Wins ILR Individual Achievement Award

Mark Behrens of Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Public Policy Group has been awarded the U.S. Chamber Institute of Legal Reform’s Individual Achievement Award.  He joins Public Policy Group Co-Chair Victor Schwartz as a recipient of the award.
