AR: Senate Panel Approves Tort Reform Amendment

Yesterday an Arkansas Senate committee voted to advance a constitutional amendment involving damage caps to the full Senate.  The bill’s sponsor will request a vote tomorrow.  McClatchy DC Bureau has details.
