Avraham & Yuracko’s WaPo Op-ed on Race- and Sex-Based Damage Calculations
Ronen Avraham & Kimberly Yuracko published an important op-ed in The Washington Post late last week entitled “The use of race- and sex-based data to calculate damages is a stain on our legal system.” Steve Lubet has more at The Faculty Lounge.
