CA: Uber Summary Judgment Motion Denied in Sexual Assault JCCP
Judge Schulman denied Uber’s motion for summary judgment, finding that Uber was a common carrier and thus had a duty to the plaintiffs. Moreover, the standard was one of a heightened duty of care.
