Tort Law and Social Equality Speaker Series: Cristina Tilley
The next session of the Tort Law and Social Equality Project Speakers Series takes place virtually over Zoom on Friday, March 21 at 12:00-1:30 pm EST. Cristina Tilley, who is a 2024-2025 Princeton University Center for Human Values Fellow in Law and Normative Thinking, will speak on how originalist interpretive methodologies reveal that at its inception American tort law was concerned with promoting social justice.
