Forbes Reports on Best And Worst States To Be Sued In

As reported in Forbes, the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform has issued survey results naming West Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and Alabama as the five worst staes to be sued in.
