Presidential Hopefuls & Tort Reform

I have next to no interest in making this blog election-related, and so I won’t, but will occasionally direct your attention to things like this post, which makes an effort, albeit a limited one, to give a sense of where the various presidential contenders come down on measures to modify the civil liability system.
