August 22, 2007

Over at Legal Theory Blog, Larry Solum notes the following article by Jennifer Wriggins (Maine) posted to SSRN:  Whiteness, Equal Treatment, and the Valuation of Injury in Torts, 1900-1949.    According to the abstract, “[t]he essay explores the relationships between U.S. tort law, race, and legal culture in the first half of the twentieth century.”
